    Poor..horrible customer service. They absolutely ruined a valentines surprise after I booked a delivery 5 days in advance. being assured they will deliver on the 14th. Not only did they NOT deliver on day of, they did not deliver next day when I called them. They did not take my money either time and just ignored me. To rub more salt in the wounds, they don't have a damned thing to say about it all!
